After the End
In Sierra Leone researchers from the institute will work with colleagues across the globe to:
1.Explore lived experiences of time and temporality of endings of crises, to capture counter-narratives and their implications for future practices, responses and policies; and
2.Provide an account of the moral and ethical obligations and responsibilities of global health institutions in the aftermaths of crises to health.
Team members:

Dr Haja Wurie- Principal Investigator
A multidisciplinary researcher with a Ph.D. in Medicine from Warwick Medical School and a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Management Policy and Planning from the University of Leeds. Dr Wurie has led and contributed to over 40 academic publications, focusing on health systems and capacity building in Sierra Leone.

Professor Osman Sankoh- Co Principal investigator
Serves as the Executive Director of the centre for Health Research and Training at the University of Management and Technology (UNIMTECH) in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Professor Sankoh also holds an adjunct professorship in the school of Community Health sciences at Njala University in Sierra Leone, and honorary professorship in the school of public Health at Wits University in South Africa and is a visiting scholar in the Institute of Global Health at Heidelberg university in Germany. His expertise spans Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Public Health.
